When I’m talking to prospective real estate agents, attorneys, financial advisors, the first message that I’m going to give them is, listen,
everyone has the products, right? What am I gonna do that’s gonna be different? It’s all about communication. I’m gonna pick up the phone, I’m gonna talk to you,
we’re gonna talk on a weekly basis. I’m gonna update you on your client’s possibilities. I’m gonna get involved when you’re putting an offer on a
property, and we’re gonna do collaborations so we can make sure that offer gets accepted for that client rather than not get accepted
and they get beat out by somebody else. It’s all about communication for me, cause I would expect that in return, something comes up,
I’m gonna deliver that message right away.
