To sum Chris’ work ethic up in a few words, I’d say that he is always on the ball. In more words, I would say that… ~Chris is thorough and responds and works quickly. ~He stays up to date with guideline changes and is proactive about meeting them on schedule. This is HUGE. Guidelines are changing all the time and with the wrong loan officer can lead to unexpected surprises that can potentially destroy a sale. ~Chris works with a company that is a bank and can bank their own loans and/or brokers loans out rather than selling them and can therefore offer more flexibility and financing options. ~He stays up to date with new financing options so can help clients obtain whichever loan or refinancing option is best suited for their individual needs. ~Chris is honest and genuinely cares about his clients and his clients can tell.
