I did my due diligence to find someone who was familiar with a specific loan product that matched my situation and after reaching out to five other lenders/banks, Chris Graves was the only loan officer who was knowledgeable about the product. Chris walked me through the process of what was needed and helped me secure the loan product in a timely and efficient manner. Time is a valuable commodity and so I appreciated that Chris was available via email/text/phone and on nights/weekends. When he was out of the office, he let me know who on the team was the point of contact in his absence. Chris and his team were professional in all their communication. Chris was on time for scheduled meetings, had reviewed my file in advance of the meeting and responded to all my questions/comments. Chris presented several financing scenarios using actual data and shared the information in advance with ample time to review and ask clarifying questions.
