Chris is the man. Don't go to the big banks for a mortgage loan and expect a high level of service. Chris was able to shop our application around and find the lender that fit us best. He was able to give us several loan options and explain the ups and downs of each. Each bank we applied to gave us one program they had available and it was take it or leave it. I'll never apply with the big banks for any future purchases or refinancing.
