So I have a loan officer assistant, his name is DJ. He’s there with me side by side, and not only does he speak English, but he is also fluent in Portuguese and he is also fluent in Spanish.
I have a loan processor, Stephanie, who will take the loan from when the property is under contract and get it to closing in a very smooth and efficient manner. She also makes herself available in the mornings, in the evenings, and I see her working over the weekends.
All of our common goals are to make sure that the buyer gets to closing in the easiest and least stressful way possible so that they can enjoy purchasing the home rather than being stressed about purchasing a home.
